In-Stock Items

Orders containing only in-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Special Order Items

Special Order items are sourced from our suppliers after your order is placed and usually dispatch within 2–4 weeks.

We’ll contact you if there is a significant unexpected delay or if an item becomes unavailable.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and Special Order items, the order will normally be shipped together once all items are available.

If there is a significant delay, we may contact you to discuss available options.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your delivery address and postcode and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping provides faster delivery after your order has been dispatched. Our standard processing and dispatch times still apply, including for Special Order items.

Delivery times vary by postcode and carrier network. Next-business-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Pickup

Melbourne pickup is available from selected pickup locations.
