In-Stock Items: Orders containing only in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Pre-Order/Out-of-Stock Items: Items not immediately available are ordered from our suppliers and usually arrive within 7-10 business days. If an item is expected to take longer than one week, we will notify you promptly. Should an item face significant delays or become unavailable within a reasonable timeframe, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Combined Orders: If your order includes items with different availability times (e.g., some in-stock, some pre-order), we will generally hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship together in one parcel.
