Shipping

• In-Stock Items: Orders containing only in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

• Pre-Order/Out-of-Stock Items: Items not immediately available are ordered from our suppliers and usually arrive within 7-10 business days. If an item is expected to take longer than one week, we will notify you promptly. Should an item face significant delays or become unavailable within a reasonable timeframe, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

• Combined Orders: If your order includes items with different availability times (e.g., some in-stock, some pre-order), we will generally hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship together in one parcel.

Communication:

• We proactively monitor order status. If any unexpected delays arise with your items, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options (e.g., waiting, partial shipment, or cancelling specific items).

Postage:

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
