Sue Lawson lives in country Victoria with her husband, daughter and Milly the Cavoodle, who thinks she’s human. Sue grew up on a farm and spent most of her time reading, writing, obsessing about football, listening to her father and grandfather’s stories and avoiding working with the cattle. She has worked as a teacher, radio announcer and producer, an attendant at the MCG, swimming teacher, shop assistant, nightclub DJ and babysitter. She now spends most of her time doing what she’s passionate about – writing, reading and being with young people.
